How often will I be paid?
Generally, our professionals are paid bi-monthly (5th and 20th of each month).

How do I get paid?
We offer direct deposit for our direct consultants as long as you provide us with a voided check from your account. Or, if you prefer, we can mail your check to you directly.

Do you work with only California-based clients?
No, our clients are worldwide. We receive project requests from across the US and internationally.

Who are your clients?
Our clients consist of numerous Fortune 500 companies that you are familiar with. For instance, we support clients such as IBM Corp, Lucent Technologies, Hewlett Packard Corp, Reliant Energy, Dynegy, Halliburton Corp, and Brown & Root to name a few.
We also are currently the 3rd largest supplier of IT contingent staffing for one of the world’s largest food processor!

When am I eligible for a raise?
Pay increases are evaluated on an annual basis only, unless otherwise instructed by the client to change a candidate’s rate based on outstanding job performance or increased job duties.

Where do I fit in at nForce once a contract ends?
Once your assignment is completed, we continue to market your skills to additional clients. Our goal is to keep you working!
